We are a sail manufacturer in Guangdong, China, producing OEM and private-label sails for sailmakers, boat builders and brands — dinghy classes, cruising yachts and racing programmes. Send your measurements, drawings or a sample sail — we return a costed quotation, normally within 24 hours.
Every sail below is cut to your specification and finished with your insignia, labels and packaging. There is no minimum on sail types — one bulk order can mix classes.
Optimist, ILCA/Laser, RS Feva, Topper, 420, 470 and other one-design classes. Cut to class rules or to your own design.
Cross-cut Dacron mainsails for coastal and blue-water cruisers. Loose-footed or bolt-rope, two to four full battens, reef points to your specification.
Furling and hanked headsails, 100% to 150% LP. Foam or rope luff, UV strips in your colours, telltales and luff hardware fitted.
Symmetric and asymmetric spinnakers, gennakers and code zeros. Cloth weight and shape matched to your target apparent-wind range.
Woven and laminate racing sails — polyester, Pentex, aramid and carbon. Radial and tri-radial panel layouts with batten and hardware systems.
Boom and mast covers, tiller and wheel covers, padded sail bags and canvas accessories, sewn from acrylic or PVC to your pattern.
Three kinds of buyer, three different sets of requirements. Tell us which one you are and the quotation follows that shape.
Sails, covers and canvas as original equipment, delivered to your build schedule with your hull numbers, insignia and packaging. A prototype sail for a new model is normal work for us.
Own-label production when your loft is at capacity, when a cloth is short, or when a class you do not normally build walks in. Your customers see your work, not ours.
A full range built to your catalogue — your model names, your labelling, your carton marking — so the product arrives ready to sell under your name.
Four things you can verify before you place an order.
Your drawings and specifications are covered by NDA and seen only by the people making your sails. Most orders run through our own factory; when a deadline or a cloth supply needs extra capacity, we bring in vetted partners under the same confidentiality and the same quality control.
We work from your rig dimensions (I, J, P, E) or from your existing sail. If you only have a class or a boat model, we will tell you exactly what we need before we quote.
Prototype and small-batch work is part of normal production here. One shipment can combine several models, sizes and sail types.
Sail insignia, batten-pocket labels, bag printing, header cards and carton marking — all applied to your artwork.
The commercial side of an OEM relationship, stated plainly.
We do not ask for exclusivity, a franchise fee or a minimum annual volume. Start with one model or a full range, and stop whenever you choose. Nothing in our relationship prevents you from running another factory alongside us.
We do not use your buyer details to approach your customers, and we do not publish the programmes, insignia or packaging we build for you.
Your customer receives a sail built to your specification, finished to your standard and delivered under your name alone. We stay behind it.
Six steps of contract sail manufacturing. You approve the sample before any bulk cloth is cut.
Enquiry & specification
Send dimensions, a drawing, a sample sail, or simply a class and model. We confirm the specification back to you in writing.
Quotation
A costed quotation with cloth options, hardware and lead time, normally within 24 hours of a complete specification.
Sample
We cut and sew a sample or pre-production unit for your approval. Sample cost and timing depend on the model — ask us for the specific case.
Bulk order
Once the sample is signed off we lock the specification and cut your run. The approved sample is the reference for every unit produced.
Production & in-line QC
Cutting, sewing and hardware are checked at each station, not only at the end of the line. Progress photographs available on request.
Inspection & shipment
Final inspection against the approved sample, packing to your requirement, and export documentation handled by us.
Tell us the performance level you sell at and we will specify a build to match it — or manufacture to your own bill of materials.
High-tenacity woven polyester (Dacron) from established European and US mills. UV-stabilised and available in your colourways.
Woven and laminate constructions — polyester, Pentex, aramid and carbon — selected for your wind range and loading case.
Battens, slides, shackles, cleats, rings and luff tape from recognised marine suppliers. Where you specify brands, we build to that list.
Cross-cut, radial and tri-radial. We will advise which layout suits your price point and your performance claim.
What we check, and what we can prove.

MOQ depends on the model and the cloth you choose — ask us with your specific list and we will give you the exact figure in writing. Mixed models can normally be combined into one order.
Yes — that is the core of what we do. Your insignia, labels, bag printing, header cards and carton marking are all applied to your artwork, and we never disclose the relationship without your permission.
Yes. Nothing goes into bulk cutting until you have approved a sample or pre-production unit. The approved sample then becomes the reference for every unit in the order.
Sample and bulk lead times vary with model and quantity. Send us your list and we will confirm both dates in the quotation — not after you order.
High-tenacity woven polyester for cruising, and woven or laminate constructions — polyester, Pentex, aramid, carbon — for performance and racing. If you nominate a mill or a specific cloth code, we build to it.
We cut to the class measurement rules you specify, and can produce to a class-legal specification where the rules permit third-party manufacture. Tell us the class and the event, and we will confirm in writing what we can and cannot certify.
Yes, on request and before you share anything sensitive. We can sign your document or provide our own.
We ship FOB from our nearest port, or arrange CIF and door-to-door if you prefer. Packing list, commercial invoice, B/L and any certificate of origin you need are prepared by us.
Rig dimensions, a drawing, a sample sail or just a class and model. Send whatever you have and we will tell you what else is needed, then quote.
